ARROWHEAD INTERNATIONAL, INC is world wide leader in turnkey

reducing ¼” (5mm) chips to a fine powder 10-40 mesh (2mm- 0.4mm) which
meets the ASTM specification of 99.8% free of fiber and steel. Equally
important is that our system produces crumb in high volumes which is
essential to profitability.
The Arrowhead system is
designed to be very compact,
low maintenance, fully automated, and high efficiency.
We
manufacture our own technologically advanced twin driven roller bearing
cracker mill in our facility. We are the only company that makes a two
roll ANTI-FRICTION roller bearing mill. The advantages are many.

We can provide the shredding and granulation system as well. We work with a major manufacturer of shredding and granulation to provide a turnkey system that compliments our fine grind system.
With Arrowhead, you have one company to be responsible for the whole project. Arrowhead International has field technicians to supervise installation of the equipment and to provide on site training of your employees.
If you are only shredding tires now and wish to expand into crumb rubber we will be glad to work with you to add the fine grind line to compliment your existing shredding lines

new TWIN DRIVE CRACKER MILL: Double

If you are using an older bronze bearing, single drive cracker mill, you may want to consider upgrading it to our new Twin drive Anti-friction roller bearing mill. The operating costs are less and the throughput may double the current capacity of your mill.
